I found Kahana Nui Villa 14 months ago while searching for the perfect place for us to bring our family to celebrate my husbands retirement. I could not have ever imagined how incredibly perfect our choice ( so many beautiful options on the island) was for our family. We are a family of 11, ranging in ages 7-72! This home is a dream come true. It is just as pictured….and becomes more beautiful every day of your stay.
The bedrooms are large, with awesome bathrooms and incredible views. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were needed on our warm nights. The afternoon breeze on the main floor with the sliding panels open to the incredible lanai was wonderful ! The kitchen is equipped with high end stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, silverware and a wonderful assortment of spices. Washer and dryer were fantastic. Everything a large family would need is provided. Enough trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels…..on and on! We did not have to replenish any staples…amazing!! Oh, the outdoor grill that we used daily was in perfect condition and large enough for a crowd. The pool , hot tub and ping pong area ….our kids favorite spot. They spent hours down there. The pool was cleaned 2 times during our 8 day stay. It was perfect!
The neighborhood is quiet ( there is a home being built next door but we were never bothered by the construction in any way). There is a small/well stocked grocery store 5 minutes away and a large chain 15 min. away. Our adult children and grandkids spent a couple days at the large beach about 10 minutes from the Villa. It was an easy drive and beautiful area with a large beach to play, swim, snorkel, eat and shop! There is so much to do and this Villa is in the perfect location to do it all. The best part is coming back to your own beautiful paradise.
Suzy is wonderful and truly will be your personal concierge if needed. She answered any texts I sent her promptly and was always happy to help. This vacation was a dream come true for us. Suzy’s home was the best part of our families beautiful vacation. The sunsets…the early morning coffee on the Lanai with my girls… cocktails at 5:00 on the Lanai …watching our sons with their children play in the pool….late night star gazing from the Lanai.
