My family spent 10 days in Maui at this beautiful villa and we want to go back. The house is everything the pictures show and more. We have 10 family members in to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. There are so many different rooms and areas to this house that it is perfect for big families looking to get away. The lanai space is absolutely amazing. The pool is perfect and where our kids would play for hours.

The space by the pool had a ping pong table and corn hole where we played for hours with the kids. The views from the house are stunning and we captured endless rainbow pictures staring at the beach.

Suzy Moffett is exceptional in her quick response time and helpfulness. She went grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival, gave us great suggestions for restaurants and even mailed back my sister’s earring that she left behind. The vacation was a dream and the house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for what my family needed. Thank you to Suzy and the owners for sharing their dream house with our family. It was a once in a lifetime vacation that we would be lucky to do twice!

I found Kahana Nui Villa 14 months ago while searching for the perfect place for us to bring our family to celebrate my husbands retirement. I could not have ever imagined how incredibly perfect our choice ( so many beautiful options on the island) was for our family. We are a family of 11, ranging in ages 7-72! This home is a dream come true. It is just as pictured….and becomes more beautiful every day of your stay.

The bedrooms are large, with awesome bathrooms and incredible views. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were needed on our warm nights. The afternoon breeze on the main floor with the sliding panels open to the incredible lanai was wonderful ! The kitchen is equipped with high end stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, silverware and a wonderful assortment of spices. Washer and dryer were fantastic. Everything a large family would need is provided. Enough trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels…..on and on! We did not have to replenish any staples…amazing!! Oh, the outdoor grill that we used daily was in perfect condition and large enough for a crowd. The pool , hot tub and ping pong area ….our kids favorite spot. They spent hours down there. The pool was cleaned 2 times during our 8 day stay. It was perfect!

The neighborhood is quiet ( there is a home being built next door but we were never bothered by the construction in any way). There is a small/well stocked grocery store 5 minutes away and a large chain 15 min. away. Our adult children and grandkids spent a couple days at the large beach about 10 minutes from the Villa. It was an easy drive and beautiful area with a large beach to play, swim, snorkel, eat and shop! There is so much to do and this Villa is in the perfect location to do it all. The best part is coming back to your own beautiful paradise.

Suzy is wonderful and truly will be your personal concierge if needed. She answered any texts I sent her promptly and was always happy to help. This vacation was a dream come true for us. Suzy’s home was the best part of our families beautiful vacation. The sunsets…the early morning coffee on the Lanai with my girls… cocktails at 5:00 on the Lanai …watching our sons with their children play in the pool….late night star gazing from the Lanai. This house is a gem. Perfect place for 4 families with kids to stay and play for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Suzi was very responsive to all requests/questions an the house was perfectly located and fully stocked. Pool, hot tub and ocean views were the highlights.

If you are interested in a private chef, we hired Valeria Magri for our celebration evening She was wonderful and the food was delicious.

The two level wrap around lanai is amazing, and we loved the beautiful view. Sunrises, sunsets, rainbows, and whales! The pool, hot tub, and waterfall were fabulous, and we used the hot tub daily. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was very handy having laundry right there. The A/C in the bedrooms worked well and the breeze kept the main areas cool.

Suzanne was a fabulous hostess and very responsive to question before and during our trip!

Amazing home with outstanding views. We could have whale watched from the lanai all day. We are 4 couples celebrating various occasions: 20th anniversary, 25th anniversary, 22nd anniversary/overdue honeymoon, and 5yr cancer free.

We all agreed this was our best vacation.

To end our week we enjoyed a delicious meal by Private chef Valeria. I highly recommend this luxury.

Everything is there to make your vacation a success. Plenty of supplies, very clean, plenty of outdoor space, no AC needed but the breeze. But the real thing is the spectacular views and the direct access to the Beach. Walking distance even with little ones to an almost deserted Beach. Inside and outside every piece of furniture reminded us of Thaïlande, Bali, Indonesia.

We could not stop contemplate the Sea and saw many times whales. We used Valerie for catering. The food was delicious too.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. There was so much space for everyone and the pool/spa/ping pong was a plus when hanging at the house. The views of the ocean sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We saw big turtles on the beach and whales in the ocean. There’s a small market about a 8-10 min walk which we utilized a few times.

Overall, awesome experience.

I was excited as soon as the security gate opened. Its a beautiful home with plenty of parking for multiple cars if you’re going with a group. You walk through the door and immediately see the water through the patio doors.

Everything was as expected. 4 large bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with twin beds.

Suzy was a great host. Great communication. Check in and out were easy as can be.

This is the best vacation home I have stayed in by far! Amazing home with the best views and privacy on the beach! I will be back for sure!
